Incredible service! Top notch customer attention. Not only did Magnolia Laundry immediately respond to my call for help with an oversized comforter — the owner showed up to my house within 30 minutes of my call, picked up the item to be cleaned and returned it packaged nicely with a personal note at my door step the next day! I received text message updates throughout the entire process and what I thought was extra; I was sent a picture of the person who was to pick up my item which was a nice touch for safety. Hands down best laundry service around! Thanks Shane and Lyz.

They responded to me immediately and with professionalism, and had my laundry back to me within a 24 hour period. I am not normally one to post, but I had to make an exception for Magnolia Laundry Co. for such an incredible job and service! We had a ridiculously large amount of clothes, towels, etc. that needed cleaning after our laundry machine was down and they were able to pick it all up, wash, and return the next day. I will definitely be using their services again in the future! Highly recommend!

We were vacationing at Terrell House in the Garden District and ran out of clean clothes to wear on our trip. We didn't want to waste time sitting at a laundromat, so I looked up local pickup/drop off services. I texted and they picked up our laundry within two hours. It was sitting on our porch, neatly folded and bagged the next morning. I would highly recommend their services!

Magnolia made it so easy to get my two oversized comforters cleaned. They picked up from my house and delivered them back the next day, and every spot on my white comforter came out. Great service and super convenient.
