Magnolia Laundry Co. is owned and operated by Shane Duvernay and Lyz Perez. We built this business around one simple belief: your weekend belongs to you, not to a laundry room. So we come to you — collecting your laundry from your doorstep, washing, drying, and folding it so that it's ready to be delivered back to you.
Meet the owners
Shane Duvernay is a Marine veteran who brings the same discipline, reliability and attention to detail he learned in service to every route he runs. When he says your laundry will be back tomorrow, it will be.
Lyz Perez understands as a mom just how time-consuming laundry can be for a family. Between working full-time, keeping up with the kids, sports, school, and everyday responsibilities, laundry can feel like an endless chore.
That's why Magnolia Laundry Co. is here — to make laundry one less thing on your to-do list. We wash, dry, fold, and neatly sort everything, so it's ready for you to simply put away.
